A message from the Executive Director May 2021
Dear Friends of YATC,
Spring is here and we are feeling the stirrings of change. Like you this past year, the YATC staff has been in a continual state of uncertainty as we navigated the pandemic while remaining true to our Founder Jim Moran’s mission to provide a second chance at success to the young people who need it most. As 2021 moves forward, we are excited about what the future holds and, we hope, regaining a more “normal” environment for our students.
In just a couple of weeks, YATC is about to graduate our 42nd Class. I am exceptionally proud of these students who completed the program under such challenging circumstances. While we haven’t been able to welcome volunteers, tutors, friends and guests to the school in person, we are grateful for the continuing support you give our students and graduates. We look forward to re-establishing the open door policy Mr. Moran had for YATC as soon as it is safe to do so.
